What To Expect

Experience the calming and restorative effects of a personalised Reiki session. During each session, healing energy is gently channelled through the hands to help ease tension, clear energetic blockages, and support your body’s natural healing processes. Clients often leave feeling deeply relaxed, lighter in themselves, and more grounded, with a renewed sense of calm, clarity, and balanced energy. The session is 45 minutes with time before and after the treatment to talk about any specific concerns you wish to address and after to discuss anything that came up during the session.
