Welcome to Shine On Reiki.

I’m Jackie, and I discovered Reiki during a time of personal change brought on by various life factors, when I began experiencing unexpected anxiety, stress, and a sense of losing who I was. Determined to feel balanced again, I explored meditation and other relaxation techniques like EFT, which gradually began to help. I truly believe Reiki called me - not only to experience its wonderful benefits myself, but to support others on their journeys too. From my very first attunement, I knew I had found something truly transformative.

Reiki has helped me reconnect with myself, restore calm, and rediscover the positive, vibrant person I’ve always been. I now combine Reiki with the supportive energy of crystals to create deeply relaxing and nurturing treatments.

“Shine On” is more than a name - when rediscovering my true authentic self, I remembered how I was described by a close friend during the 70's as a free spirit having fun, and the Pink Floyd song 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond' was how I was referred to.  I loved that analogy, and it helped me on that journey of finding myself again.  It was also a true reflection of how much of that shine I had buried deep within through my life's experiences.  I needed to find myself again and upholds my belief that we all have an inner light meant to shine. My passion is to help you reconnect with yours, bringing balance, clarity, wellbeing and help you shine again.
